DELIVERY AND COLLECTION

All Mad Squirrel Beer will be dispatched direct from our brewery and will be fulfilled either by our own fleet or our chosen third party courier

All deliveries are Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.

If no one is available to take delivery, a card will be left for local collection if your order is being full filled by our chosen courier, alternatively your order will return back to our Brewery and a re-delivery attempt will be made by our drivers once we have had contact with the client responsible for placing the order.

Items cannot be left anywhere other than the delivery address, unless this has been noted on the order by the customer prior to delivery.

Please allow 1-2 days for delivery when placing your order.

If you require delivery by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order and we will do our best to achieve it.

Standard Shipping is set at £7.00 inc. VAT per online order. We reserve the right to adjust this based on our courier / shipping rates.

We only ship to UK addresses.

No International or Weekend deliveries.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

No returns or refunds are offered once a purchase has been made, and your order has left our brewery. All orders are processed same day, except if they are received over a weekend. If your order has not left our brewery, and it has not been booked for collection by our preferred courier a refund will be possible. You will need to immediately call +44 (0)1442 256970 with your order reference number, and speak with a member of the team. If a refund is possible, this will be actioned immediately, and funds will be returned to the customer to the payment method used to place the order. A refund will take 24 hours to complete once this has been approved.
