No returns or refunds are offered once a purchase has been made, and your order has left our brewery. All orders are processed same day, except if they are received over a weekend. If your order has not left our brewery, and it has not been booked for collection by our preferred courier a refund will be possible. You will need to immediately call 01442 256970 with your order reference number, and speak with a member of the team. If a refund is possible, this will be actioned immediately, and funds will be returned to the customer to the payment method used to place the order. A refund will take 24 hours to complete once this has been approved.
